Job summary

San José State University is seeking an Articulation Coordinator to support articulation agreements, transfer pathways, and transfer-related records. You will collaborate with academic departments, Enrollment Management, Academic Advising, community colleges, CSU campuses, and external partners to promote student transfer success.

The role requires strong communication, data handling, and policy interpretation skills, with experience using systems like ASSIST, TES, and PeopleSoft to maintain

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training.
• Two (2) years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the review, implementation, maintenance, and communication of articulation agreements and transfer pathways.
• Maintain accurate articulation data and transfer equivalencies within ASSIST, TES, PeopleSoft, university websites, and other transfer-related systems.
• Research curriculum information and support statewide transfer initiatives, including ADT, C-ID, and CSU General Education requirements.
• Interpret and apply university, CSU, and state policies related to transfer credit, General Education, and articulation processes.
• Provide training, resources, and consultation to faculty, advisors, admissions staff, evaluators, and other campus stakeholders.
