Job summary

State Street's Transfer Agency team seeks a Client Services Associate II in North Quincy, MA. You will act as the liaison for clients and internal stakeholders, assisting with launches of new products, funds, and services, and supporting reporting and audits.

You will coordinate change management events, respond promptly to inquiries, and support a small Client Services team. A BS/BA degree and at least 1 year of related transfer agency experience are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in Transfer Agency

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison for the client and other interested parties within their organization
• Assist with launching new client products, funds, classes, and services
• Support Reporting and Audit requests
• Coordinate change management events
• Respond timely to client and internal inquiries
• Provide support to Client Services team of 2 onshore and 2 offshore associates

Education
