Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to general inquiries related to trade placement and settlement to ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal operations and portfolio management to address client needs promptly.
• Maintain internal client documentation (e.g., Transaction Security Forms, Authorized Signers Lists, Wire Instructions).
• Propose and implement process improvements within the Client Support Team.
• Participate in IT initiatives impacting Shareholders Services and test front-to-end functionality.
