Responsibilities

• Supervise team responsible for application completion and credit review for transfer admission.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with university policies.
• Provide training, daily guidance, and performance feedback.
• Serve as the primary Articulation Officer.
• Provide articulation support to the processing team, including evaluating transfer credit from domestic and international institutions.
