Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise team responsible for transfer application completion and credit review.
• Act as primary Articulation Officer, evaluating transfer credit from domestic and international institutions.
• Use Slate CRM and UT Mainframe to process applications and maintain ATE systems.
• Ensure materials and publications are accurate; update websites as needed.
• Liaise with campus stakeholders to communicate transfer policies and resolve issues.
• Support enrollment operations and cross‑training across teams.
