UMBC offers competitive compensation. This role starts at $48,000 and has over 4 weeks of vacation for regular full time roles. Tuition remission is also available.
A hybrid telework schedule may be available.
Serves as a member of the Undergraduate Admissions and Orientation professional staff that is responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of prospective students with specific focus on transfer students. As the university seeksgrowth in this area, this position will support the recruitment of over 7,500 prospective transfer students in which the university will enroll nearly 1,500 students annually. The position will conduct table visits at community colleges,attend college fairs, conduct information sessions, meet 1-on-1 to discuss transfer options, and engage in on and off campus recruitment, yield, and orientation events. Renders admissions decisions. Applies university policies, performsother duties as assigned.
Salary: $48,000 - $54,500 depending on qualifications and experience.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
The above salary range represents the University’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
