Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years in university admissions, advising, or credit evaluation.
• Experience supervising or coordinating professional staff.
• Demonstrated ability to use CRM systems and MS Excel.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead across organizational boundaries and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team for transfer admissions work, ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Act as primary Articulation Officer; evaluate transfer credits across domestic and international institutions.
• Maintain articulation rules and ATE system; use Slate CRM and UT Mainframe for processing.
• Collaborate with leadership to keep websites and publications up to date.
• Serve as liaison to campus stakeholders and resolve processing questions.
• Support office-wide initiatives and cross-training within Enrollment Operations.
