Job summary

Amneal Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Supervisor to oversee operations on the manufacturing floor and staff, ensuring safety, quality, and GMP compliance. The role includes equipment start-up, involvement in ANDA batch production, and leading R&D process support on new products.

The position covers night shift (12-hour) on a rotating schedule, with opportunities for a short-term incentive and a strong benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelors preferred in a related field.
• Associate degree required in related field.
• 5+ years in Pharmaceuticals or GMP manufacturing.
• 3+ years in leading and training staff.
• Transdermal, Converting, Packaging in GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee activities on the manufacturing floor.
• Ensure safety, quality and GMP compliance.
• Plan and schedule manufacturing and packaging to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with quality to ensure investigation readiness.
• Support R&D for new products and provide process information.
• Act as Working Supervisor, train operators on processing and equipment.
• Participate in equipment setup, IQ/OQ/PQ and batch activities.
• Set-up, run and clean GMP equipment.
• Conduct mixing, coating, converting, pouching and cartoning.
• Communicate effectively with staff on daily events.
