Job summary

Amneal is hiring a Transdermal Operator II in Piscataway, NJ for a night shift on a 12-hour rotating schedule (6:00pm–6:30am). The role focuses on setting up, operating, and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a cGMP environment.

The ideal candidate may have a mechanical/electrical/manufacturing background or 3+ years in technical roles, with strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical/electrical/manufacturing degree graduates encouraged to apply.
• OR 3+ years in manufacturing, trades, construction, machining, or other technical roles.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Good math skills and comfort with precision work.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and work extended hours.
• Must pass OSHA-compliant Respirator Fit Test.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated manufacturing equipment
• Execute R&D, scale-up, ANDA, and commercial batch activities
• Conduct in-process checks, visual inspections, and accurate GMP documentation
• Complete material reconciliation, room clearance, and batch closeout
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area
