Job summary

National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking a part-time Printing and Delivery Personnel for an on-site role in the Washington, DC area. The position may expand to full-time services as projects scale, involving printing, binding, and delivering transcripts to client locations.

You will support the transcription team, ensure accuracy, and communicate professionally with colleagues and clients. A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance are

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (background and credit check required).
• Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• 1 year of professional work experience or 2+ years of relevant academic training/experience, including internships.

Responsibilities

• Print, bind, organize, and securely store transcripts.
• Deliver completed transcripts to the client’s onsite location.
• Track materials and check each delivery for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide editing support to the transcription team during periods of increased demand.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, leadership, and client personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
