Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Part-time schedule: 20–25 hours per week with flexible daytime window.
• Experience with printing, binding, or handling high volumes of documents is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
• Reliable personal transportation for regular deliveries in the Washington, DC area.
• 1 year professional work experience or 2+ years of relevant academic training/experience.

Responsibilities

• Print, bind, organize, and securely store transcripts.
• Deliver completed transcripts to the client’s onsite location.
• Track materials and verify delivery accuracy and completeness.
• Provide editing support to the transcription team as needed.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, leadership, and client personnel.
