This is a hybrid role and requires someone to be in the office 2-3 days a week. The office is located at 1716 14th St NW Ste. 200, Washington, DC 20009.
As the Transcript Processing Specialist plays a critical role in the production and delivery of accurate, timely transcripts. This position is responsible for reviewing audio and reporter materials, preparing audio and materials for transcribers, and distributing assignments to transcribers from legal proceedings, meetings, and other recorded events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a high volume of tasks while maintaining quality standards and confidentiality.
