Position Summary

This is an onsite, part-time position located in Mclean, VA.

National Capitol Contracting (NCC) is seeking a part-time Printing and Delivery Personnel with the opportunity to expand to full-time services. NCC works with both government agencies and the private sector, and our team is comprised of individuals who are eager to tackle new challenges, find creative solutions to multimedia projects, and who share our commitment to surpassing client expectations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Print, bind, organize, and securely store transcripts.
• Deliver completed transcripts to the client’s onsite location.
• Track materials and check each delivery for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide editing support to the transcription team during periods of increased demand.
• Communicate professionally with colleagues, leadership, and client personnel.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance (Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check).
• Must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.
• 1 year of professionalwork experience or 2+ years of relevant academic training/experience, includinginternships.
• Professional oracademicexperience withindustry-related softwareprograms,suchasthe MicrosoftOffice.
• Strong sense of organization, attention to detail, time management, and personal accountability.
• Must have reliable personal transportation to make regular deliveries from NCC headquarters to client locations in the Washington, DC area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience printing, binding, or managing high volumes of documents.
• Experience with transcription, editing, proofreading, or logistics.
• Familiarity with Adobe software.
• Experience handling sensitive documents or supporting a government client.

Special Position Requirements:

Schedule:Part-Time, 20-25 hours a week. Timing is flexible within an 8 a.m.-4 p.m. or 9 a.m.-5 p.m. window, as long as deliveries meet their deadlines.

Physical Demands:Ability to regularly lift and carry boxes of printed materials, load and unload them from a vehicle, and use a cart to transport them between the office and client delivery locations.

Compensation: $20 - $24 hourly

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as job responsibilities, education, experience, skills, internal equity, budget, market data, and relevant laws.
