Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation operations.
• 2+ years of experience in domestic transportation, preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience, required.
• Proven success in business development, customer engagement, and strategic relationship management.
• Strong leadership skills and focus on employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Follow 10 Critical Success Factors and the Manager guidelines.
• Lead staff development and regular interviews.
• Ensure department staffing, structure, and tools.
• Develop cross-functional relationships and promote team cohesion.
• Manage capacity and TBP, goals, and progress.
• Oversee operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with finance on P&L and budget.
