Confidential Employer in Colorado is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to handle business transactions, real estate matters, and special district projects. You will own meaningful work, build client relationships, and collaborate across practice areas.

Candidates must have a JD, Colorado Bar, 4+ years, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and reside within commuting distance to Castle Rock. This is an in-office role with a competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Colorado Bar license in good standing.
• 4+ years of transactional legal experience involving real estate, business law, or special districts.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, legal research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, client-focused approach; strong professional judgment.
• Existing client relationships or a book of business are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, real estate agreements, and business transaction documents.
• Advise businesses, property owners, and other clients on transactional legal matters.
• Assist with real estate acquisitions, sales, development, leasing, and related transactions.
• Handle business formation, corporate governance, and general business law matters.
• Support special district matters, including governance and related issues.
• Conduct legal research and prepare clear, accurate, and persuasive documents.
• Manage multiple client matters independently while collaborating with colleagues.
• Develop lasting client relationships and contribute to growth of our practice.
