Job summary

Confidential Employer in Denver is seeking an experienced real estate attorney to lead sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, and development. You will draft and negotiate complex agreements and advise developers, investors, lenders, and business owners, managing processes with independence.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years CRE transactional experience and active Colorado Bar membership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial real estate transactional legal experience.
• Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex real estate contracts.
• Experience handling acquisitions, dispositions, real estate financing, leasing, or development transactions.
