Role Description The Associate Attorney will work on-site in Castle Rock, CO in a full-time capacity, supporting the transactions department within the firm. We are expanding our transactions department and have an opening for an associate attorney with 5 to 10 years’ experience to join our growing practice. Our caseload is varied, but the successful candidate can expect to work on and assist with business transactions, real estate, and special district matters. The successful candidate will be an effective advocate with excellent writing skills who is prepared for more hands-on experience. We value in person office relationships and candidates can expect a reasonable workload.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in general Law and the ability to handle matters across multiple practice areas.
• Ability to provide clear, practical Legal Advice to a diverse client base.
• Proficiency in legal Research, including case law, statutes, regulations, and secondary sources.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission in good standing to the Colorado Bar (or eligibility for prompt admission).
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in drafting.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Professionalism, integrity, and a client-service mindset, with a collaborative approach to working in a team environment.
