Job summary

Orion Placement is recruiting a corporate/real estate transactional attorney for our Wilmington, DE office. This on-site role requires 2+ years of relevant experience and a Delaware Bar.

You will draft and negotiate complex agreements, manage multi-faceted transactions, and collaborate with senior attorneys to serve discerning clients. A supportive boutique environment offers growth and partnerships.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Delaware Bar admission required.
• 2+ years of corporate transactional or real estate transactional experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate and corporate transactional agreements.
• Handle acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and other complex transactions.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys and paralegals throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Conduct legal research, due diligence, and property-related investigations.
• Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, lenders, and other transaction participants.
• Assist with entity formation, title matters, financing documentation, and legal opinions.
• Take increasing ownership of sophisticated matters as your experience and responsibilities grow.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year

Wilmington, DE – 100% On-site. Join our close-knit legal team in a professional, collaborative office environment where you'll work directly with experienced attorneys and build lasting client relationships. This position requires working in the office five days per week.

Candidates should have 2+ years of corporate transactional or real estate transactional legal experience. Delaware Bar admission is required.
