Candidates must have a JD, Colorado Bar, 4+ years, strong drafting/negotiation skills, and reside within commuting distance to Castle Rock. This is an in-office role with a competitive salary and benefits.
Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year

We are seeking candidates who currently live within commuting distance, preferably in Castle Rock, Douglas County, or the immediate surrounding areas. While a hybrid schedule may be considered in the future, this position is currently fully in-office.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Colorado, have 4+ years of transactional legal experience involving real estate, business law, or special districts, and currently reside within commuting distance of Castle Rock. We are not considering out-of-state candidates or relocation applicants. An existing book of business is preferred but not required.
