Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, draft and redline, and participate in simulated negotiations to help improve AI-generated legal analysis.

This remote contractor role requires in-house experience with technology transactions and strong communication, analytic skills, and the ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
