Job summary

Protouch Staffing is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney in Denver to handle a variety of real estate, contracts, corporate governance, and community association matters. You will research, draft, and advise clients while negotiating agreements and supporting business development efforts.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of transactional and/or litigation experience, Colorado bar licensure, and strong communication skills. Some travel and occasional evening meetings are required.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Colorado.
• Approximately 4-6 years of transactional and/or litigation experience.
• Experience in real estate law, nonprofit law, corporate governance, contract review and drafting, fair housing, employment law, or torts.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and legal research software.
• Ability to multitask and accurately record billable time.
• Willingness to travel and attend occasional evening meetings.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze governing documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate documents.
• Draft contracts, legal opinion letters, governing documents, rules, easement agreements, and licenses.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-founded written and verbal legal opinions.
• Negotiate agreements and resolve legal matters.
• Advise clients and communicate regularly regarding legal matters and their status.
• Attend board and annual meetings, including occasional evening meetings.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, educational programs, and business development activities.
• Travel as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze governing documents, statutes, case law, contracts, insurance policies, and real estate documents.
• Draft contracts, legal opinion letters, governing documents, rules, easement agreements, and licenses.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-founded written and verbal legal opinions.
