Responsibilities

Job Title: Community Association Attorney

We are currently seeking an associate attorney to join our community association practice, representing, and advising homeowner's association and management company's regarding board governance, compliance with state and federal laws, and other legal matters. In addition, this associate will also assist in landlord/tenant matters and real estate litigation. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and advise clients regarding legal documents related to HOA's and real estate matters.
• Handle real estate litigation matters, including foreclosure-related proceedings, landlord/tenant actions, and mechanic's lien actions.
• Reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts.
• Handling disputes with contractors and insurance carriers regarding construction projects.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients regarding case status.
• Accurately track deadlines, court requirements, and file progression to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Minnesota
