Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Associate Attorney for Real Estate Transactions in Seattle, WA. The role targets attorneys with 3+ years of real estate transactional experience seeking sophisticated deals and direct client interaction in a collaborative team setting.

You will draft and negotiate acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financing, while leading due diligence and coordinating closings across diverse asset types. Hybrid scheduling offered.

Qualifications

  • J.D. or LL.M. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active WSBA bar admission.
  • At least 3 years of relevant real estate transactional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents related to acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing, easements and licenses, and real estate financing.
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence processes, including title and survey review.
  • Manage real estate closings and coordinate multiple transaction workstreams.
  • Identify legal and business risks early and develop practical solutions.
  • Work directly with clients and stakeholders to advance transactions efficiently.
  • Handle complex real estate matters across commercial, industrial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
  • Provide strategic, business-minded guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle.

I'm partnering with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. This opportunity is open to attorneys with 3+ years of experience, including junior, mid-level, senior associates, and counsel candidates who are looking for sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client contact, and a collaborative team environment.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a respected real estate practice that advises a diverse client base, including educational institutions, public agencies, developers, utilities, municipalities, and publicly traded companies. The team handles complex, high-value transactions across a broad range of asset types and industries, providing attorneys with significant responsibility and the opportunity to take ownership of matters from inception through closing.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who enjoys managing transactions independently, exercising sound judgment, and delivering practical business-focused advice to clients.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

  • Representing buyers, sellers, developers, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders in sophisticated real estate transactions.
  • Drafting and negotiating complex acquisition, disposition, development, and financing agreements.
  • Managing and coordinating due diligence efforts, including title and survey review.
  • Leading and closing real estate transactions with multiple moving parts.
  • Identifying legal issues proactively and providing practical, risk-based recommendations.
  • Working independently while partnering effectively with clients and colleagues.
