• Work across antitrust and competition law, investigations, and merger enforcement actions.
• Counsel clients on transactional antitrust risk and compliance.
• Represent clients before antitrust authorities such as the DOJ, the FTC and State Attorneys General.

The role

• Will be working across antitrust and competition law, government antitrust investigations, and government merger enforcement actions, including second requests
• Counselling clients regarding transactional antitrust risk and compliance
• Representing clients in front of antitrust enforcement authorities such as the U.S. department of justice, the FTC and State Attorneys General
