With a team of seven Associates and ten Partners, you will have good visibility to the senior end of the team and great opportunities for mentorship. You'll be working across both the transactional and litigation side of antitrust with a slightly higher focus on merger clearance and competition counseling.

Day-to-day:

• Advising clients on M&A Deals
• Merger clearance before the DOJ and FTC
• Working on antitrust investigations or antitrust-related class actions
• HSR filings and regulatory strategy
• Civil antitrust litigation
