Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required.
• 1–3 years of antitrust, competition, litigation, investigations, or regulatory experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Interest in technology, artificial intelligence, life sciences, or other innovation-driven industries.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Responsibilities

• Representing clients in government investigations and enforcement proceedings.
• Handling private antitrust litigation involving monopolization, competition claims, and merger challenges.
• Assisting with transaction advocacy and merger-related antitrust matters.
• Advising clients on competition law risks and regulatory strategy.
• Conducting legal and factual research related to complex markets and business practices.
• Drafting briefs, motions, agency submissions, and strategic memoranda.
• Supporting matters before federal and state competition authorities.
• Collaborating with corporate and litigation teams on high-profile transactions and disputes.
