Job summary

G MASS is seeking a client-facing leader to head the end-to-end management of client transaction reporting workflows within our regulatory reporting platform. You will coordinate between clients, internal technology teams and compliance stakeholders across regimes such as EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC and SFTR.

In this 12-month contract role you will lead a team, drive operational strategy, data quality initiatives and support UAT, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues while

Qualifications

• Must lead a team delivering transaction reporting for multiple regimes.
• Strong client-facing experience in financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with EMIR, MiFID, ASIC, CFTC, SEC or SFTR is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team supporting clients across their transaction reporting requirements.
• Own client enquiries and requests, ensuring efficient and timely resolution.
• Support clients in understanding platform functionality and resolving day to day reporting issues.
• Take part in client training sessions and site visits.
• Escalate issues promptly and track them through to resolution.
• Support validation and UAT activity relating to issue resolution.
• Drive operational strategy, automation and data quality initiatives across the managed services function.
• Manage client specific projects and deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.
