TrueScripts Management Services is seeking a Regulatory & Compliance Reporting Manager to own and maintain regulatory reporting, develop a centralized calendar, and coordinate submission processes remoted across the U.S. The role partners with Compliance and Legal to interpret requirements, monitor regulatory changes, and drive data integrity.

A strong blend of analysis, governance, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree required in business, healthcare administration, compliance, finance, information systems, analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain regulatory and compliance reporting inventory.
• Develop and maintain a centralized regulatory reporting calendar.
• Coordinate preparation, validation, review, and submission of reports.
• Monitor changes in regulatory requirements affecting reporting obligations.
• Establish reporting ownership and traceability across the organization.
• Create dashboards to monitor compliance performance.
• Support audits and regulatory examinations with documentation.
