Job summary

G MASS seeks an experienced US regulatory reporting specialist to own one or more reporting obligations and manage the change portfolio from impact assessment to post-production validation. The role is based full-time in the firm’s New York office.

Ideal candidates will have deep subject‑matter expertise in CAT/EBS, CFTC swap data reporting or OFR non-centrally cleared bilateral repo reporting, with hands-on BAU oversight, data investigation and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Deep, end-to-end ownership of one or more US reporting obligations (CAT/EBS, CFTC swap data, or OFR bilateral repo).
• Strong BAU oversight, data investigation, testing and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and regulator/interface experience.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more US reporting obligations end to end, including data sourcing, enrichment, and mappings.
• Lead regulatory change from impact assessment through Jira documentation, testing, and post-production validation.
• Coordinate responses to regulator inquiries with Compliance and external stakeholders.
• Analyze front-to-back data flows and partner with Tech/Ops on sustainable fixes.
• Manage BAU reporting metrics, identify rejects, and escalate exceptions within risk appetite.
• Engage with external infrastructure (FINRA CAT, CAT Reporting Agents, SDRs, OFR utilities).
• Provide SME guidance on the obligation rules, data mappings and lifecycle events.
