Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive experience in regulatory reporting, fund administration, investment operations, or a related financial services function.
• Deep expertise in at least two regulatory frameworks (Form PF, AIFMD, CPO-PQR, SEC Form ADV, TIC) with broader regulatory knowledge.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and at least one analytical or scripting environment (Python, SQL, etc.).
• Proven ability to independently manage complex, deadline‑driven workstreams with high accuracy and accountability.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills across written, verbal, and presentation formats.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the accountable SME for a defined portfolio of regulatory filing programs (Form PF, AIFMD Annex IV, CPO-PQR, SEC Form ADV, TIC).
• Monitor regulatory guidance and translate changes into operational updates ahead of deadlines.
• Act as escalation point for data exceptions and regulatory interpretation questions with clients and external teams.
• Lead post‑submission quality reviews and root‑cause analyses with remediation plans.
• Provide senior client guidance on regulatory obligations, data requirements, and developments.
• Develop client‑facing materials including regulatory briefings and filing summaries.
