Job summary

Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries via multiple channels, resolving trade corrections, and identifying process improvements while maintaining risk controls and compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with financial industry product support.
• Ability to manage a personal caseload and meet daily/weekly SLAs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel to run macros, apply filters and PivotTables.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook to manage daily email communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to guidelines.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels to support client service.
• Analyzes and resolves moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions.
• Identifies risks and opportunities for process improvements based on impact to other units.
• Researches and resolves trade errors, allocations and discrepancies in routine reports.
• Addresses partner inquiries related to trade corrections and error resolution via email, phone, or workflow systems.
