Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of experience in Financial Services is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and Word skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with 401(k) product and MLII/iGate applications is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to established guidelines.
• Responds to moderately complex client inquiries to support operational efficiency and client service.
• Responsible for analysis and resolution of moderately complex transactions, including escalations and exceptions.
• Proactively identifies risks and opportunities for process improvements based on how the work impacts other units.
