Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with financial industry product support.
• Ability to manage a personal caseload and organize work to meet daily/weekly SLAs.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to run macros, apply filters and understand PivotTables.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook to manage and organize daily email communications.

Responsibilities

• Performs an assessment of trade correction requests, then sends communications to complete the correction per established guidelines and procedures.
• Research and resolves trade errors, allocations and discrepancies found in routine reports.
• Responds to internal and external partner inquiries related to trade corrections and error resolution via email, phone, or workflow systems, escalating more challenging issues to leadership ensuring operational efficiency and quality client service.
• Understand the process flow from end to end including the reasons for each step, the process controls, the risks within the process and the upstream/downstream impacts of their work based on an understanding the work affects other operational units.
