Job summary

Colliers Wisconsin is seeking a Transaction Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of complex real estate transactions for corporate occupier clients. You will coordinate brokers, attorneys, and internal teams, develop timelines, and ensure accurate reporting to keep projects on track.

The role emphasizes collaborating with clients and project stakeholders to optimize service delivery, financial analyses, and negotiations, across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managing projects, transactions, or similar workstreams.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage leases/renewals/relocations and related transactions.
• Coordinate brokers, attorneys, and internal teams across markets.
• Develop and maintain transaction timelines and status reports.
• Lead transaction update calls and drive accountability.
• Prepare analyses, comparisons, and summary materials.
• Support negotiations with market research and coordination.
• Maintain transaction records and portfolio data.
• Assist with portfolio planning and client reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve client service and efficiency.
