Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transaction Manager to guide national real estate transactions from strategy to execution, collaborating with stakeholders to balance commercial and workplace objectives while delivering real value. You will manage complex portfolio transactions, lead lease renewals and relocations, and negotiate outcomes that benefit clients.

Building trusted relationships with landlords and stakeholders is essential for success.

Qualifications

Experience in property transactions, lease negotiations or portfolio management.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, landlords and key stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Responsibilities

Manage complex property transactions across a national portfolio.
Lead lease renewals, relocations and other occupancy-related strategy.
Negotiate commercial outcomes that deliver value for our client.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords and key stakeholders.
Provide strategic property advice, market intelligence and portfolio recommendations to support client decision making.
Identify opportunities to improve portfolio performance, optimise occupancy and reduce costs.
Ensure seamless transaction delivery and exceptional client service across the portfolio.
