Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Transaction Management Operations Analyst within Wealth Management Operations to support reconciliation, settlement, and trade/transfer processing for internal partners and external clients. Qualifications

• Familiarity with financial processes across ML sales support screens.
• Understanding of the Securities Industry and the various internal and external rules and regulations affecting the industry (e.g., Regulation T, NYSE, firm policies and margin and option rules).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines in a challenging environment.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Analytical Thinking and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions requiring escalations and exceptions by reviewing requests, confirming information, and resolving open commitments.
• Perform moderately complex transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact according to guidelines by confirming account information and activity.
• Respond to moderately complex client inquiries via multiple channels to support operational efficiency and quality client service.
• Demonstrate a team-first mindset, balance responsibilities, and support high-volume periods while handling complex cases.
• Understand end-to-end process flow, controls, risks, and upstream/downstream impacts.
