Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Transaction Management Operations Analyst in Wealth Management Operations to support moderately complex transaction processing, reconciliation, and trade and transfer activities for clients and internal partners.

Based in our in-office environment, you will analyze obligations and securities-based lending data, respond to partner inquiries, and maintain a clear view of end-to-end process flows and associated risks across the organization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Securities Industry and related rules.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and data analysis.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve moderately complex transactions with escalations and exceptions.
• Perform transaction processing and reconciliation with medium to large monetary impact.
• Respond to client inquiries via multiple channels and provide status updates.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvements across units.
• Understand end-to-end process flow, controls, and downstream impacts.
