Job summary

RemoteLeads is seeking a skilled Transaction Coordinator to support Transactly clients and manage high-volume listing coordination. You will use Transactly and Brivity to track tasks, maintain records, and communicate professionally with clients, agents, and partners.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in transaction coordination or as a licensed real estate agent, with strong knowledge of residential documents and timelines, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.

• 3+ years as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed real estate agent.
• Strong knowledge of residential real estate documents and timelines.
• Willingness to learn contracts and compliance requirements across multiple states.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Confidence with digital tools, platforms, and systems.
• Proactive, adaptable approach with a service-oriented mindset.
