Job summary

PLACE is seeking experienced Transaction Coordinators to deliver white-glove coordination for PLACE clients using Transactly’s platform and PLACE-branded tools. You will manage listings, maintain records, and communicate professionally with clients and agents to uphold our service standard.

This is an Independent Contractor (1099) role with potential for high-volume file assignments based on performance, backed by E&O insurance and dedicated support teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years real estate experience as a Transaction Coordinator or licensed agent.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn contracts and compliance from multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Deliver white-glove transaction coordination to clients.
• Provide listing coordination for high-volume real estate professionals.
• Operate within Transactly and PLACE tech platforms for task management.
