We are seeking an experienced licensed transaction coordinator dedicated to providing asmooth closing experience for the clients of Mark Spain Real Estate. The ideal candidate hastitle and settlement coordination experience in a high-volume environment. This individualdiligently provides communication & closing materials to all closing partners, can track multipletimelines on several files simultaneously, and works closely with our Client Concierge team tocommunicate transaction details to clients and sales agents. The Transaction Coordinator mustadapt to change, be solutions-oriented, juggle multiple file priorities and client requirements, andbe very time-conscious. This individual must provide exceptional customer service andcommunication to our clients, staff, and vendors.
