Roundhouse is hiring a Transaction Coordinator in Boise to manage multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, property transitions, and lease-ups from start to close. You’ll own the master timeline, keep documents audit-ready, and coordinate internal teams, ownership, lenders, brokers, and legal counsel so every transaction stays on track.

You bring 3+ years coordinating real estate transactions, excel at managing deadlines and stakeholders, and excel at organized communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coordinating real estate transactions or multi-party projects.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders without dropping details.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling confidential information with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the master timeline for each transaction, including contingency periods, closing dates, and lease-up milestones.
• Maintain audit-ready files and collect, route, and store contracts and due diligence documents.
• Coordinate across internal teams, ownership, legal counsel, lenders, brokers, vendors, and partners.
• Lead recurring transaction and transition meetings, set agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on actions.
• Coordinate on-the-ground transition and lease-up details, including access, systems setup, utilities, and vendor onboarding.

Roundhouse is hiring a Transaction Coordinator to manage multifamily acquisitions, dispositions, property transitions, and lease-ups from start to close. You’ll own the master timeline, keep documents audit-ready, and coordinate internal teams, ownership, lenders, brokers, and legal counsel so every transaction stays on track. What You’ll Own

Timelines and deadlines

• Own the master timeline for each transaction, including contingency periods, closing dates, and lease-up milestones
• Keep a live view of outstanding items and who owns each one
• Anticipate what’s coming due, flag risks early, and keep the team ahead of every deadline

Documents and compliance

• Build and maintain organized, audit-ready files for every transaction across its full lifecycle
• Collect, track, and route contracts, disclosures, due diligence materials, and closing documents
• Verify documents are complete, correctly executed, and properly stored, with clear version control

Stakeholder coordination

• Serve as the central point of contact across internal teams, ownership, legal counsel, lenders, brokers, vendors, and partners
• Send clear, timely status updates and hold every party accountable to their commitments
• Lead recurring transaction and transition meetings, set agendas, capture decisions, and follow up on action items

Transitions and process

• Coordinate on-the-ground transition and lease-up details, including access, systems setup, utilities, signage, and vendor onboarding
• Partner with operations, accounting, marketing, and construction to sequence work in the right order
• Step in wherever a gap appears to keep projects on track
• Build and refine checklists, templates, and workflows that make each transaction smoother than the last
• Identify and implement process improvements for future projects

What You Bring

• 3+ years coordinating real estate transactions, property transitions, or complex multi-party projects, ideally in multifamily, commercial real estate, or property management
• A track record of managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders at once without dropping details
• Exceptional organization and strong written and verbal communication
• Comfort setting the pace of work and following up with senior stakeholders
• Proficiency with document management systems, spreadsheets, and project-tracking tools
• Sound judgment with sensitive and confidential information
• A self-starter who anticipates what’s next and navigates ambiguity with resourcefulness

A leg up if you have

• Direct experience with acquisitions, dispositions, or lease-ups
• Experience with property management, transaction, or deal-management software
