Riverwalk Apartments and Boutique Sites in Boise is seeking a Leasing Consultant for full-time, on-site work with Roundhouse. You will guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, work toward occupancy goals, and help residents feel proud to live here.

Pay is $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus commissions, with benefits including a zero-cost medical plan and 401(k) match. Join a team focused on resident experience and community vitality.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of leasing consultant experience.
• Strong sales and customer-service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Process applications, renewals, notices, move-ins/outs and service requests.
• Build resident relations and drive retention.
• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths and areas polished.
• Maintain accurate CRM, resident, and vendor records.
• Assist with marketing and community events.

Riverwalk Apartments and Boutique Sites | Boise, ID | Full-time, on-site

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour + commissions | Monday-Friday 9am-6pm

Roundhouse is hiring a Leasing Consultant at Riverwalk Apartments and Boutique Sites.

You’ll guide prospects from first hello to signed lease, hit occupancy and renewal goals, and help current residents feel glad they chose us.

The role includes a zero-cost employee medical plan, a 401(k) match, and an employee housing discount.

You make a great first impression and back it up with follow-through. You can read what a prospect is really looking for, show them how this community fits their life, and close with care, not pressure. You take pride in a full house and residents who are glad they chose you.

What You’ll Own

• Welcome prospects, answer questions, give tours, and verify eligibility as their first point of contact


• Close leases and hit community goals for occupancy, renewals, and turn times, with a rental closing ratio of at least 35%


• Process applications, renewals, notices to vacate, move-ins and move-outs, transfers, roommate changes, and service requests


• Build strong resident relations by addressing concerns and driving retention


• Walk the community daily to keep tour paths, models, amenities, and common areas sharp


• Manage resident communication channels and keep CRM, resident, and vendor records accurate


• Complete monthly market surveys, track local trends, and recommend competitive pricing to the Community Manager


• Support marketing initiatives and flag local outreach opportunities


• Help plan and host resident events


• Follow Fair Housing laws, safety procedures, and company policy

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED


• Minimum of one year of previous Leasing Consultant experience


• Strong sales and customer-service skills


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)


• A desire to lead, on your team and in your community


• Willingness to travel occasionally between properties

A leg up if you have

• 2+ years of sales experience


• 1+ year of onsite multifamily or apartment leasing experience


• Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar property management software


• Spanish fluency
