Greenhill & Co., Inc., part of Mizuho Americas, seeks an Associate in Sales to support origination and execution for Banking Americas clients. You will prepare client analyses, develop proposals, and maintain the opportunity pipeline while coordinating with Product, Onboarding, and Delivery teams.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, preparing materials for client meetings, and supporting data quality and risk controls to ensure timely reporting and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.
• Two to five years of relevant experience in transaction banking, treasury services, corporate banking, financial analysis, or sales support.

Responsabilités

• Prepare client research, treasury and working-capital analysis, opportunity briefs, presentation materials, proposals and RFP responses for assigned BA opportunities.
• Coordinate action plans, pricing inputs, internal approvals, documentation requests and handoffs across Sales, Product, Relationship Management, Credit, Legal, Onboarding and Client Experience.
• Participate in client meetings as assigned, prepare agendas and materials, and circulate accurate follow-up actions within agreed timelines.
• Maintain complete and timely pipeline, client activity, revenue and milestone data; reconcile exceptions and reconcile gaps before reporting deadlines.
• Follow applicable policies, procedures, approval standards and information-handling requirements; support timely remediation of assigned control items.
