Frazier & Deeter in the United States is seeking a Transaction Advisory Supervisor to join our fast-growing firm. You will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, delivering actionable insights across industries in a collaborative environment with direct client interaction.

This hybrid role offers exposure to complex accounting issues, QA of earnings analyses, and leadership of junior staff, with emphasis on GAAP analysis, working capital reviews, and revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of public accounting experience with 2+ years in transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• Led workstreams or supervised staff on due diligence engagements.
• Experience preparing Quality of Earnings analyses and reports; strong GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with private equity or lenders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Draft and review Quality of Earnings deliverables and related analyses.
• Analyze earnings, working capital patterns, and GAAP adjustments.
• Review workpapers and ensure accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Assist in data import and formatting of large datasets.
• Manage data room and data requests for due diligence engagements.
• Attend networking events and support leadership on complex matters.
