Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams or supervise staff on due diligence engagements.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Experience with private equity, strategic buyers, lenders, and business owners preferred.
• CPA license or active progress toward CPA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Draft quality of earnings deliverables and related analyses.
• Analyze historical income statements and balance sheets to adjust EBITDA and identify normalization items.
• Analyze working capital patterns and revenue recognition for potential adjustments.
• Coordinate engagement timelines and client communications; manage data rooms and data requests.
