Job summary

Frazier & Deeter is seeking a Transaction Advisory Supervisor to lead financial due diligence engagements across diverse industries. The role involves working directly with clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, providing meaningful business insights and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

You will oversee workstreams, mentor junior professionals, and interact with private equity firms, lenders, and business owners.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of public accounting experience, including 2+ years in transaction advisory or financial due diligence.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of financial due diligence engagements across multiple clients and industries.
• Draft Quality of Earnings deliverables and analyze historical income statements, balance sheets, and adjustments to EBITDA.
• Analyze monthly net working capital patterns and normalize adjustments.
• Perform revenue recognition analysis and cash proof analysis.
• Coordinate and manage engagement timelines, deliverables, and client communications.
• Assist in data importation, data room management, and QA of deliverables.
