Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join its Transaction Advisory Service team within the Financial Advisory Services group in the United States. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to clients, working with firm leadership to help meet complex financial needs and drive growth for the firm.

You will engage in data gathering, financial analysis, and communication with clients, while developing your leadership and business development skills in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Perform data gathering, document review and prepare quality of earnings analyses.
• Conduct financial analysis of target companies and support due diligence.
• Assist in buy- and sell-side due diligence and client communications.
• Support marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
• Develop leadership and contribute to team member growth.
