Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Service team within the Financial Advisory Services group. You will deliver due diligence and transaction advisory work with leadership visibility, helping clients meet complex financial needs while advancing your career across a growing firm.

As a valued advisor, you will work on buy-side and sell-side engagements, develop client relationships, and participate in marketing and recruiting activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking and priorities.
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced env.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presenting analyses to management.
• Ability to work in a team with clients in various industries.
• Comfort interacting with senior client personnel and executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communication with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Participate in marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
