Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is required or strongly preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Strong data gathering, financial analysis and modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform due diligence and transaction advisory services for buy-side and sell-side engagements.
• Conduct research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Prepare quality of earnings reports and other deliverables.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and leadership.
• Support marketing and recruiting activities and contribute to team growth.
