Baker Tilly is seeking a Manager to join our Transaction Advisory Service team within Financial Advisory Services. This is a great opportunity to be a valued business advisor and provide due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients to meet their complex financial needs.

You will work side-by-side with firm leadership to serve clients and build the business, having a direct impact on the firm’s success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related.
• CPA preferred, not required.
• High motivation, initiative and positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
• Intermediate modeling and Excel skills with data-driven insights.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to lead initiatives.
• Ability to work effectively in a team with client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering and due diligence for transactions.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Participate in firm marketing and recruiting activities.
• Develop leadership and contribute to team growth.
• Network and build relationships internally and externally with clients.
• Engage in firm-wide learning and development programs.
• Support Baker Tilly's care and teach philosophy within the team.
